Iis .net Runtime
It needs to be set before you process code. I'm sure thousands of developers/admins would have just made that setting and moved on instead of scratching their heads, re-installing the 3.5 framework, then googling the subject.I'm a big .net fan, Because many businesses make decisions based upon risk, they consider upgrading to a newer version of the runtime to be something quite scary.
